Energie hoch 4

“Energie hoch 4” is a bonus system for schools in Hamburg initiated by the city. If pupils and teachers save resources, not only the environment benefits, but also the schools financially. Everybody is encouraged to save energy and water, reduce waste and heating and teach others about the effects behind it. Colorful media with a bold typography are visible and motivate: Posters communicate the idea, a flyer with a lot of illustrations provides deeper information, a well structured form leads through the bonus system and a set of stickers helps to remember the task on many touch point.

Bissinger+

Bissinger+ is a design agency based in Hamburg. Derived from the client’s identity, Bissinger+ creates a strong narrative that conveys the sense of the entrepreneurial activity and attitude. This narrative is the starting point for a purposeful content strategy that motivates employees and convinces clients. Three bold colors and brave, fat typography show the clarity of the brand’s strong and stable core, while the handling of the logo reflects the flexibility and vibrancy in each new project.

European Film Promotion

After 20 years of constant growth, it is time for European Film Promotion to take advantage of the high level of brand awareness and present a more uniform image. The new strategy focuses on strong visibility to successfully promote European films at international festivals. This works with very bright colors, a striking typeface and a clear arrangement of geometric shapes and images. The color palette allows for an almost infinite number of combinations and designs, and all types of images can be inserted.

Koenig & Bauer: Menschen, Maschinen & Ideen

200 years ago the founders of Koenig & Bauer invented the first printing machine driven by a steam engine. On behalve of this anniversary a box including a book, a bookazine and 13 posters tell the story from the past to the future – from technical but also very personal perspectives. “Menschen”, “Maschinen” and “Ideen” proove that innovation can result from tradition.

Islamic Art at MKG

The collection of Islamic art of the Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg is one of the most important in Germany. In the new exhibition the artworks are grouped by topics instead of their geographical origin: The relations between past and present become obvious, many open questions are answered by the history. The objects are in the centre of attention, the exhibition design and graphic form a subtly frame to let them shine.
