Stevan Paul: Der große Glander

New York, 1990s: Food artist Gustav Glander disappears without any trace. Hamburg, twelve years later: Food critic Gerd Mönninghaus seems to recognize Glander in a restaurant and starts researching… The result is a novel about both: art and cooking. So ist he design: Materials and the reduction to typography adapt classic cook book design. With the bright colour, the rough pencil strokes and the little icon the art world is represented as well.
